First, pray. Ask God for reconciliation in your marriage. It is not His will that marriages break up.
Next, realize that there is likely more to the story than you are aware of. He may very well be having an affair--the legal term is 'alienation of affection'. If, in fact, this is happening, then the situation is greatly complicated. Confrontation (not hostile, just direct communication/questioning) is best. Be clear about your bottom line. If you are able to forgive then insist that he cease all contact with the other woman. Demand accountability. Follow through.
In the unlikely case that this is not happening, then there is a good chance that he is depressed (I mean clinical depression). Psychologists sometimes use the term 'existential neurosis' to mean that someone has lost their sense of meaning and purpose in life. Professional help and eventually proper medication can help greatly. But, again, prayer is essential.
