Go to the zoo. The animals tend to be more active during cooler weather.
just make sure your little ones are dressed appropriately. Boots, hats, coats, mittens, etc..
Indoors:
play parks are great to meet other parents for you as well. We have one in our church so it doesn’t have to be an expensive activity.
Create or join a neighborhood play group. This is great for unstructured play with blocks, cars, baby dolls and more. Check on Nextdoor or Meet Up.
