honestly, the magazine image for what guys should be is so twisted. Real girls don't expect or even want Brad Pitt type looks. That's nice to look at in a magazine, but not something I'd go for in a real guy. I mean, it's different for every girl, but really just a clean cut look. He doesn't have to be really tall, I'm actually attracted to short, sweet guys. And he definitely doesn't have to be way muscular or super good at sports. Even though that's the way guys measure each other up, it's not how girls do. Most of the time they ignore it when guys are making fun of each other unless theyre all prissy. So much worse for the guy who's poking fun, my respect for them goes way down. Girls think guys are cute if they are calmly collected, not trying to be boisterous for the sake of attention. If they have respect for themselves and don't care that theyre (small, unathletic, etc.) then that's way attractive. Realistically, looks do play a part in what we think of guys, but only to the extent of looking ok, not super hot. If you have a great personality and are sweet and chivelrous to the girl you like, you might be able to ride on that alone.
