They pick on people that they can get at, control, hurt and overrule. They use names, other people, emotional and physical harm, may even set people up to get in trouble for something they didn't do. Bullies are cruel, mean and most times hurting themselves from a terrible or horrific home life. They are abusive as how they are taught.

Such things include harassment, stalking, violence, name-calling, lies, rumors, vandalism, hacking, disseminating confidential information/content, extortion, threats, among other things. They try to systematically destroy the self-esteem of others and attempt to deprive them of a support system and friends.
