they look like normal clouds just grey. it is like the whole sky turns to black and white. they look sinister as well. as if a monster is hiding inside waiting to pounce. they take over the sky.
Snow clouds are just mainly, thick White looking clouds. And in some cases have a hint of grey but not to much. If you look up and all you see for miles around is pure white cloud, you have a good chance of snow.
Hope this helped
Well-developed thunderstorms often have an anvil-shaped appearance. Convective currents lift the cloud tops high into the stratosphere, to the point where high-altitude "jet stream" winds blow the tops of the clouds to create the distinctive anvil shape.
They are usually dark gray and thick because they are, or they are about to be, dumping a whole lot of rain.
clouds are fluffy, puffy, and look like cottonballs
Cirrus clouds
i don't really know how to describe it
White
there are no certain clouds that "make" snow, it depends on the wheather. For instance.... evaporation happens, then when the cloud drops the load of water it "could" be snow sleet hail or rain. Like I said it depends on the wheather! 2. Snow bearing clouds (that are actually precipitating) commonly do not have a well defined margin.
The answer is snow because snow is a type of precipitation.
I like snow because it is white and pretty and makes everything look so beautiful. Why do you like snow? I like snow because it makes everything seem clean and bright, even at night.
They look like any other cloud. Clouds are almost all alike. Only the acidic clouds are different (They have acid in them, hens the name). P.S: Rain drops don't look like water droplets. They look like a blob of water falling.
A rain drop if it is rain and a snow flake if it is snow.
== == == == They are very large and with very undefined edges. And they are a distinct grey tone.
This.....
Fake snow looks just like real snow.
Tornadoes often form in a type of cumulonimbus cloud called a wall cloud. Look up what a cumulonimbus cloud looks like on Google images.
a grey one
coconut looks a lot like snow

They look like weird cloud but underwater
Not really. In the winter, whether it's raining or snowing, there is snow in the clouds - if it's raining at the surface that means the snow has melted before it reached the ground. There are different processes for the formation of rain and snow in a cloud, but you wouldn't be able to tell by looking at a cloud whether it contains rain or snow.
When you see a precipitation cloud (Nimbostratus or Cumulonimbus) you can never tell if it will be rain or snow until the snow actually begins
A wall cloud looks like a lowering of the cloud base, often with a tail like projection on it. Below are links to a few photographs.
