If the dreamer is a sexually active female of childbearing age, a pregnancy test would not be a bad idea. Otherwise, the "baby" probably represents an idea, task or project the dreamer is developing.

∙ 11y agoIf the dreamer is pregnant, then this is an example of dreams that are entirely natural during pregnancy. On the other hand, if the dreamer is not pregnant, dreams of pregnancy and delivery relate to ideas coming to fruition, or tasks in the process of development.
For adolescent girls, dreams of having a baby girl often refer to the girl herself who is "developing" into a new, interesting yet mysterious adult.
Yet again, if the dreamer is sexually active, this dream could be a wake-up call to get a pregnancy test.

Well when i was pregnant i had dreams i was having a boy. Everyone told me they think it's a girl but i knew from the dream it was a boy and besides i just had a feeling.
