Traditionally, the French had a big lunch and a small dinner. These days they are more balanced. They do not usually eat specialties like snails and/or frog's legs. These are usually just for special occasions & tourists. They eat salad, fresh bread and regular food anyone else would eat.
children generally eat for dinner just a simple dish (our main meal is lunch) and a little dessert: recipe with meat (chicken, ham, steack, turkey...) or fish (hake, whiting, codfish, tunny..), a little rice or pasta and vegetables or soup, and dessert: fruit, fruit compote, yogurt, dairy product.. And drink only water.
Example of ordinary child dinner:
# gratin of penne (pasta) and tunny + a blittle slice of cheese and a fruit of season
# purée de legumes like mashed zucchini-potatoes with aiguillete of chicken coocked with herbes de provence + a yogurt
# Endive au jambon (endives with ham cooked with cream..) + a fruit compote
# "cordon bleu" of veal (home made) with french bean cooked with olive oil + dairy product
# trout cooked with almonds with rice cooked with green vegetables + yogurt
Just like everyone else they eat food
Food!
School kids usually eat lunch at their homes in Switzerland.
5 kids.
yes
tities
they have; it is also permitted to leave school to have lunch at home if you are living next to the school. I go to a all French school & we have to eat a school but we are allowed to go home to eat but only if our parents come to get us
they should improve school lunch because it discusting which makes kids not wanna eat it
Yes. They eat lunch, don't they?
French teenagers eat lunch in the school canteen, or at home if they have time to get there (or when not at school).
Because they are not relaxed and get to take there time to eat its not the same for them then it is at school.thats why kids don"t eat at school
It depends on what you eat for a school lunch. If your lunch is packed yes if not then no. It can be healthy if you eat fruits and vegetables at school lunch.
Many kids don't! I don't cos it has a lot of fat in. My school has 350 people and about 150 do not eat lunch or any food at school. Neither do nearly all of the girls in my class. I only eat an apple and two oranges a day to be healthy!
