Well, first of all, adolescent females have periods; guys don't have that. Why? Because females have a uterus, and that is where the blood comes from. Guys are lucky that they don't have periods because a lot of women experience painful cramps during their menstrual cycle. This is called dysmenorrhea(pronounced: Dis-men-nur-ria). Guys don't have vagina (they have a penis instead), they don't have a cervix, nor do they have ovaries. Also, it's impossible for a guy to get pregnant. But there was a guy on TV that was transgender (he was born a female), and he was pregnant. He was the one that got pregnant, not his wife. Other than they men can't get pregnant, because they don't have a uterus.
