Several things, such as go to the PX and shop, on base Bowling alleys and game rooms, tattoo shops, strip clubs, if you have enough time and distance isn't too far go home for visits to family and friends, hang out in barracks with fellow Marines, and there are several activities throughout the base and off base for you to keep busy... it just depends on which base you are stationed at.
