I think initially they find foreign women exotic and different , if they have been raised in a culture that is preponderantly Latino. There are some fair Latinas, but seldom as light in complexion, hair and eye color as British girls. Remember, this temporary fascination is a way to catch a Latino man's attention , but if your personalities are not " simpatico ", don't expect a lasting relationship .
