What do people eat in Andorra?

The national dish of Andorra is Escudella. It is a stew made from chicken, veal, meatballs, pig snout and trotters, butifarra sausage with potatoes, cabbage and white beans or chickpeas. Another dish is similar to the British bubble and squeak dish using mashed potatoes, cabbage, leeks and pork. Another dish is snails with olive oil, salt and garlic mayonnaise called cargol.

Generally Andorrans eat some French dishes and some Spanish Catalonian dishes.
