Other vegetables that are popular are mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, baked beans, corn, and salads with lettuce and other vegetables. Pumpkin pie is eaten for desert. Though not vegetables, stuffing, deviled eggs, and fruits and fruit salads are also popular, and Pecan Pie and mince meat pies and fruitcakes are, too.
