some folicules in both overies are one of the reason of irregular peroids
no specific reason. they formed on their own.
For starters, if there were no separation between two (or more) galaxies, it would be considered a single galaxies, not two or more. The reason matter is clumped together into galaxies at all (with separations in between) is because of gravity - gravity tends to do that, i.e., to clump things together.

Probably, though most planets discovered so far - or perhaps all of them - are in our own galaxy. The reason for this is simply that it is easier to discover planets when they are relatively close to us. But, having discovered about a thousand planets nearby, there is no particular reason to believe that other galaxies would be devoid of galaxies. After all, the same laws of physics work in other galaxies as here.
I suppose you might say that the main reason is they're incredibly far away! We haven't even gotten to other planets yet, and you're wondering about galaxies? The nearest other galaxies are so far away it takes even light 150,000 years to get there!
The reason why a verb would be called irregular is that it does not conform to any general rule about how it forms different tenses or conjugations; each irregular verb has its own individual pattern. You just have to learn them one at a time.
It is a tooth, not a tusk, and scientists have not yet discovered what it is for.

Play is a regular verb. You can tell by looking at the past tense forms. If the past tense ends in -ed then the verb is regular. (The past tense of play is played).
My periods are a little irregular. They start at random times for no reason at all, but I am completely healthy. Don't worry about it unless your periods start to get irregular all of a sudden. If your period cycles have always been a bit irregular, don't sweat it.
