teddy bear hamsters are allowed to eat cheese i give my teddy bear hamster cheese and he loves it but don't give to much of it to it , because tomuch of any food (except their reg. food) isn't good for a hamster DONT SPOIL IT!
2 teaspoons of hamster food a day.
Teddy Bear Hamsters make wonderful pets, I had a teddy bear hamster and they are the sweetest animals in the world! But each hamster is different and they require being handled daily, clean their cage once a week, change their water and food daily. Keep in mind hamsters are very fragile, even Teddy Bear Hamsters. If this is your first hamster please research it further before getting one and if you choose to get one you must accept the responsibility and take care of it properly.
All hamsters bite, but luckily teddybear hamsters... not as much. there more luvable and you can be a bit more rough with them unlike other hamsters! Dont push him-or-her though if lack of handle they will bite hard!! hope i helped:)
yes, all hamsters store food in there cheeks.(p.s. i know because i have one!).
Yes, hamsters need feeding a small handful of dried food and some fresh food such as a carrot or some spinach every day.
yes they can
food can range from different prices from around £2 a kg from your local pet store to luxury foods at around £5 a kg. by the way, the real name for this hamster breed is syrian. good luck
im pretty sure they can't. arent they herbivores? but im not 100% sure...
They're probably scared, and you may have not befriended them yet. Try some baby food, it works with my hamster. I let my hamster sit on my head when he wants to nowadays, but it is because of the baby food :) Try it!
As much as it needs, he will know when to stop.
They eat dog food, dog treats, and rawride bones not choalate
