Some might be used to not eating breakfast because there bus from school might leave them, they do not have a appetite in the morning or they just dont want to gain wait. In these days people care about there figure, if there fat or skinny. It is very important to keep your ideal weight to have a healthy life style, but skipping the most important meal of the day may not result so healthy at all. At least if you do not wish to eat a sustainable plate of breakfast, you would eat something a little bit light that you would think it would sustained you until your next meal. Some things that are healthy and that you can eat for breakfast are; banana, cereal (no sugar added), milk, or just a simple bread toast with butter would help you get started. But if you wish to eat more it would be better.
It is not healthy to eat foods with high sugar levels because it effects your system. Some examples are that you wont be very foccused during the day, you might fall asleep or try to pay attention but your body simply wont permit a foccused action.
Just think what would happen if you have a healthy breakfast every day, you would be more happy, not so grumpy, you would be foccused and ready for the day....
