It is simply called a Christmas Pudding. A Christmas Pudding is a richly fruited, steamed pudding, with added brandy or whisky, and is a popular Christmas treat served hot near the end of the traditional Christmas Dinner. It is often served smothered with a white sauce, which may or may not be laced with brandy or whisky.
It was traditional to put silver coins into a Christmas pudding.

The primary ingredients in a Christmas pudding are : raisins, sultanas, currents, mixed dried peel, glace cherries, sugar, treacle, flour, breadcrumbs, brandy/whiskey, butter, nutmeg, cinammon, cardamom, allspice, ginger. Depending on the recipe there may be additional ingredients, or some spices omitted.
