13.1 is the distance of a 1/2 marathon. So, this individual is proud of their accomplishment and hard work (and they should be!) posted it on their bumper. I hope to have mine on the car later this Sept. when I, hopefully, finish my first 1/2.

id have to say, Sarah Lawrence college in bronxville, ny. holycrap its like gay city on that campus. i mean it. i drove through the parking lot of the school and ive mustve seen 100 rainbow bumper stickers.

Well, At places like walmart, and the dollar general, they sell stickers/ labels that say "Hello, my name is" with a blank underneath it, most graffiti writers tag their name in the blank and post them places, and sometimes, graff writers also use the stickers you can get for free at the post office, but using the post office stickers can get you in some serious trouble.
