there are many people who say that there is and they are correct.

this is because all our waste after the nutrients have been token out of our food the remainings are to be rid of but usually the waste can stick the large intestine which forms unhealthy bacteria leaving us aching stomachs

Yes. There are countless helpful bacteria that live in the human intestines. They peform numerous, varied functions (although some certainly perform no functions at all -- they just exist, not to help or harm).

These bacteria are able to break down some components the human body cannot or to a further degree then the body can, so that we can absorb more nutrients and survive more efficiently.
