First, it is not always a police officer answering 911 calls. Often times they are civilians trained specifically for the job. Either way, they will typically ask four main things:
Where is the emergency?
What is the emergency?
When did it happen?
Who is involved and who are you?
Depending on the situation, further questions will be asked to obtain more information.
Chances are you won't talk to the police when you call 911. Dispatchers answer in the 911 center who will dispatch police, fire, or ems to your location when needed. If you call 911 just to see what they say then you might have another problem on your hands.
call 911 if you are being abused or are abusive and can't stop either call 911 or a counsellor to help you.
He is not that into you, move on. Don't ask a guy if he wants your number. Men are very basic creatures, if he really is into you then he will ask for your number without you having ask him if he wants it. Don't call men, don't wait for them to call you. Lots of men say they will call and don't and who wants to be with a man who can not follow through on what he says he is going to do. Flake. Don't act desperate, wait for him, go and live your life, and have fun with your friends. In short move on. Guys are honest, if he has no reason to call it is because he is not that into you. You need to learn how not to attract men that are jerks, one a jerk always a jerk.
If he's having a temper fit, tell him to shape up and act like a professional. If he's having an epileptic fit, call 911.

sexy
they wear clothes
Hmm... based on what I saw in some movies, no. Police sunglasses are not exclusive for men, women can wear those too.
You can find good watches for men at any local store such as Wal-Mart, target, and Kmart. If you can't find anything there I would call your local jewelers and ask what is in stock.
Men

it depends on which country you are I think.
A Dutchman/Dutchwoman, or more simply: a Hollander (used for men and women alike).
