There are two different relays on a 97 Jeep Laredo. One is on the passenger side located behind the battery under the hood. The other is located on the passenger side under the glove box.
The fuel relay switch on a 1995 Chevrolet Beretta is found under the hood on the passenger side. In the row where there are 3 relays, the centre one is the fuel relay.Ê
Remove the entire dash board, starting at the bottom. The control relays are on the lower right (passenger side).

Most of the relays are located on passenger side fender well near battery across from distributor.
It is just forward of the gas tank, near the passenger side.
Under the passenger side instrument panel. Remove panel by removing screws in side fuse box. Drop panel. You will see several relays. It is the middle of three relays nearest the radio.

The primary relays are located under the hood, behind the passenger side headlight. You will see a bank of 2 to 8 relays, with some fuse holders. Hopes this helps.
Open the hood. On the passenger side of the car near the windshield there is a black box with a label on top that describes the fuses and relays inside. Take off the cover to this box and use it to find the "COOLING FAN RELAY" as illustrated. (The lid must be rotated 90 degrees to be aligned properly with the fuses/relays underneath.)In the set of four relays (the little box things) on the passenger side of the box the cooling fan relay is the one on the passenger side closest to the windshield.Note: It also has a fan control module, which is located inside the car, behind the glove box lid.
