constipation means that you dont have enough fibre and therefore you cant poop so you shall get difficulty in pooping (It shall hurt alot because in the end you have to push hard to get it out otherwise your stomache shall start to hurt and u will have to see to it to a doctor) and another reason could be that you dont drink enough water and the same things shall apply
