Nothing. Hurricanes are weather events. They form from storms gaining energy over warm ocean water. They have absolutely nothing to do with plate tectonics.
First order relief features are the tectonic plates and are the largest in spatial extent.
In order for a Tsunami to form a large amount of water in the ocean has to be displaced. When an Earthquake occurs under the sea (due to the sudden release of pressure between tectonic plates) the sea bed moves causing water to be displaced. As the water rushes upwards it creates a series of large waves, Tsunami waves which travel extremely fast and can be devastating upon coastal cities.
No. The name Reed does not appear on any list of hurricane names. Even then, since hurricane names within a given year are in alphabetical order, it is rare to see a hurricane with a name beginning in "R"

It all has to do with the faults and plates of the earth.(if you don't know what those are just google them.) When they move they can cause mountains or make old mountains bigger , cause volcanos, ocean ridges and trenches, and finally earthquakes. When the faults or plates rub against each other they cause the land to also shake. Which causes earthquakes.
It is currently believed that the order of activity is: Plate movement first, earthquake second. The plate is deeper than the surface which is quaking. Case in point: The plates really are, in fact, constantly moving, large-scale earthquakes are 'occasional'.
every hurricane is named after an alternation of a boy or girl going in alphbetical order
by abc order
The term Hurricane is a classification of intensity of a topical cyclone. In order to be considered a hurricane a storm must have maximum sustained winds of at least 74 mph.
No. Hurricane Rita came a few weeks after Hurricane Katrina. A good way to remember is that within a hurricane season the names always go in alphabetical order.
