They would drink blood when they need to like vampires do and then they would just eat what fairies do when they need to, so they'd eat stuff like fruits and honey and cakes and stuff. They like sugary and sweet foods of ours, along with their own. Its exactly the same for normal vampires seeing as everything in their body works normally except their hearts, so they would still eat stuff normally, but then they'd just drink blood when they had to.
