In the United States, veterinarians must have a degree in veterinary medicine (generally a professional degree) and a valid license to practice in the state they are working in. The requirements are typically similar around the world, although licensing requirements can vary depending upon the type of work the veterinarian is performing.
In the United States, to practice veterinary medicine, you would need a valid state license to practice from the state in which you are working. However, there are veterinarians who do not treat pets, and these veterinarians do not need a license to work as a veterinarian.
In the United States, at a minimum you need a DVM or VMD (the degrees are equivalent), a state license to practice veterinary medicine, a DEA license to handle controlled substances and USDA APHIS accreditation and certification.
In terms of equipment, no veterinarian is complete without a digital rectal thermometer and a stethoscope; the rest of the equipment and machines are useful in many situations but not absolutely required.
Haha! Its not so simple either complicated..... You just have to give an exam for it!And if you pass in it so you'll have to do it for atleast 7year course and then become a vet. :-) cheers...
