That's a nice question considering how short, yet powerful, this chapter in Psalms is. Psalms 130 :1 says "out of the depths I have called upon you, O Jehovah" illustrating that even when we feel at our lowest, as depressed or run down as possible, we can still pray and be heard by God and He'll be there for us.

Verse 3 is very encouraging when it says "If errors were what you watch, O Jah, O Jehovah, who could stand?" That shows how Jehovah realizes that we are imperfect, sinful humans, and he knows we're going to make mistakes. But He doesn't keep count of how many times we mess up, as long as we are genuinely repentant. He cares more about our victories than our losses.

And the remaining verses just make it more clear how much Jehovah cares for us and loves us and that we should never give up loving and serving Him with hope in our hearts.
