yes !!! they do eat milk weed I'm a animals expert so I know (and I'm only 9 years old!!!! Amazing!!) That would be the caterpillars of the monarch butterfly. They use the toxins of the milkweed to become toxic themselves so predators steer clear of them. The butterfly is toxic, too.
