Holiday is what the English call it and Vacation is what Americans call holidays. =)
I imagine that you would celebrate this holiday in Africa as you would in any other country, or rather continent. I apologize, but you must be more specific as to which country exactly, for the poorer countries cannot afford to celebrate whereas wealthier countries can. For example, Morocco has a way of celebrating every festival or "Holiday" the same way.

From where? It makes a big difference. In the US, simply dial 1 and the full ten digit phone number. From other countries there are numbers that have to be dialed first.
Calling someone gay as a term of abuse is offensive and illegal in many countries. Bullying and cyberbullying similarly.
