Seed bank / Gene bank
There are currently about 1,400 seed banks around the world, but the most famous is the Svalbard Global Seed Vault, which opened on Feb. 26, 2008. It is located deep in the side of a frozen arctic mountain in Longyearbyen, Norway, and can weather any disaster from bombings to earthquakes. Also known as the Doomsday Vault. It functions as a global repository and backup for all other seed banks
The spreading out of seeds from the original plant is called dispersal.

Some countries call the leaves 'cilantro' and the roots and seeds 'coriander'. Other countries simply call the entire plant coriander but refer to the specific part of the plant i.e. coriander leaf, coriander root and coriander seeds
The seeds of a tomato plant are small, flat, and disc-shaped. They are typically surrounded by a gel-like substance that helps in seed dispersal. Tomato seeds contain all the genetic information needed for the plant to grow and produce fruit.
The spreading of seed is referenced as shattering in grasses but dispersing is a general term for the spreading of seed. There are thousands of ways that seeds are dispersed by different species.
A person who studies seeds is called a seed biologist or a seed scientist. They typically specialize in seed biology, germination, seed storage, or plant propagation.
If it has seeds, then it is a fruit. If it doesn't then it's a vegetable. Even capsicum is a fruit (it has seeds).
Those white seeds are vestigial seeds and are not viable - which means they don't have the innards to germinate. They can be eaten. Since a fruit's function is to provide seeds for plant propagation, it can be difficult to produce a completely seedless fruit. At least you don't have a bunch of seeds to spit out!
