There is no word (in either English or Arabic) for a resident of the city of Benghazi. As Benghazi is a city in Libya, you could call such as person a Libyan. Less commonly, because Benghazi is the capital of the region of Cyrenaica, they can be called Cyrenaicans, but this is seen as rather dated (like calling Italians as Romans).

Of course, you could always invent a term for this like "Benghazians" or "Benghazese", but these are not real words currently.

in english there isnt really a name for a person from beghazi. you would just call them a libyan from benghazi.
