When a person is namedafter another or has the same name as another person we call him/her namesake. The origin is probably the idea of "a person named for the sake of another".
A name is for someone to call you something. Would you want someone to call you something or say,"Hey........um.....you person over there!"
Call it a verbal defamation of a person's character that is untrue.

You call them (employer's name here)'s driver. This only applies if that person drives his employer's car to help the employer to get around, not just for himself/herself . eg- That's Mr.Brown's Driver over there
