There is no specific term that applies to a female soloist singer. A soloist is a person who sings alone and without accompaniment. Soloist can apply to a male or female.
A choir member, or if they sing by themself a Cantor . A cantor is a Jewish term, in the church of England, Anglican or Espiscolpelian church when a chorister sings along they are a soloist

You can call that person a "singer" or you can call that person a "vocalist."
