a fracture
what do you call a person that takes ships into and out of port
There are two types of bone break where the bone is partially broken. One is called a simple fracture (also called a "greenstick fracture") the other is a hairline fracture.
It takes a qualified medical practitioner (a Doctor) to diagnose a broken bone and they usually use X-rays to help with their diagnosis. Thus if your foreman has had an accident and is hurt, the best think you can do is call the paramedics services so that they can take him to hospital for treatment.
Call for medical help and do not move the patient unless they are in immediate danger.
help her up! Not necessarily - she may have broken a bone. If she is in pain call the ambulance
Not specifically. You call 911 in emergencies. A broken bone may or may not be an emergency; it depends on where and of what type the break is, and whether or not you have someone else around who can take you to the doctor. If you need an ambulance, call 911.
