I've never heard it called anything else -
small screwdrivers are called "terminal screwdrivers". I guess it depends on the type and use.
A tiny screwdriver is usually a precision tool for using with very small screws and as such nothing can replace it or be used successfully instead.
You should get a set of small drivers or a multi -bit screwdriver. There are many available.

There is a small slot on the hard plastic cover near the end of the dome light you will need a small flat head screw driver insert the screw driver in that slot use a back and forth motion to remove it.

You see under the hood, and search like a small tube indicator and see below have the screw driver, and you can lose that screw driver, also have 2 more screw driver under the highlight. Good luck
Use a small screw driver or somthing that you can use to pry of the lense. Once you have done that you can change the light.

Pull the small hole open with a small screw driver and you can clean it out from there
If it doesn't have a small screw, then look for a small indent that you can put a small screw driver to open it up where you will see the battery.
