In Buddhism typically Holy men / women are Monk or Nuns. Monks or Nuns who have acheived a high level of attainment are called by differnt titles in different regions of the world and by the different Buddhist lineages. Some of these titles are Lama, Rinpoche, Roshi, Venerable, Geshe. For most Monks or Nuns you would address them as Brother or Sister and their name. So if Tom is a monk you would address him as Brother Tom.
First off, Buddhism has no "holy" buildings as there is no god worship or traditions in Buddhism. There are are historically significant sites for events in Buddhist history, ancient temples and schools and monuments - but no holy ones.

Why we could not call any maan holy father is because we have a Father and his name is GOD/JESUS. If we call any man our holy father than what did they do for us to help us in anyway? GOD/JESUS died for us on the cross to save us from our sins, so that is why we call God/JESUS our Holy Father.
