However, if you are asking what people call a confused girl who tries to create relationships with people (gay or straight) who are not interested in her, then there is no set name. If the girl is young and simply doing so because she's immature, people might call her silly or immature. If a girl is an adult, then they would either describe her as being pushy and not being able to take a hint, or they might think she is a coward who is too afraid to seek relationships with guys who are straight because then the stakes are real.
