Sake on the other hand is made from rice which is fermented on Nippon's many rolling mountains. It is a drink full of culture and refinement. Champagne is infused with beer? Are you mad?? Champagne is a blend of 3 grape varieties and the fizz is naturally present, no addition of beer!! It is far superior to sake!
