they are called opera lights
could be numerous reasons, such a bad courtesy light switch on either of the 4 doors, a grounded courtesy switch wire, or possibly an entry module fault ( when you push in the lock button, and the interior lights come on ) . Good luck
Check switches on doors for proper operation. they are usually adjustable.
Only 8,336 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham coupe's were produced in 1985 and was also the last year of the coupe body style. If you look hard enough there's always one for sale but be ready to spend $$$$. ;) 1980-1984 Coupe Devilles will also fit and I tell u what, if u find the doors, they are very very expensive.... I got a pair of solid one's from 1981 Coupe Deville that i paid back in 04 for 700 bucks that Im planing to put on my 1985 Brougham
If the doors or windows were open they could leave, but it would probably be easier to get them out if the lights were off, because they are attracted to light.
Add a stop to the outside wall to prevent the door from going out that far, or move the light a few feet over
There are no lights. their just reflectors.
I've got a better question, why is this question in the Chevy venture forum ? I think the sliding switch underneet the on/off switch for lights is fully in the left position.just slide it to the right.
i found this online today but have not tried yet. you have to lock the doors with the remote and then press and hold the half arrow circle button on the remote until the lights flash.
Its where you program features with the ON/OFF button, such as DOORS UNLOCK WITH KEY OFF, or SENTRY LIGHTS AFTER LOCK. Just a few features you can enable/disable. Nice things in there though.
