Something you have recorded is called a "recording". Some people refer to it as a "reproduction" or even a "tape" (today, technology has changed and audiotape or videotape are often replaced by digital technology, but the old term 'tape' is still used as a way of saying you are being recorded). If you are in radio, we call it an "actuality" and on TV, we refer to it as a "sound bite."
The best you can do is get a lawyer who can help you during the call. There is usually a legal reason for the call to be recorded.
