windshield wiper motor. Or it could be the wiper module. If under the hood, its the motor. The module is usually located inside the car.
This vehicle takes special BMW wipers since I do not see it listed in any of the aftermarket application guides. Call your dealer.
Call an auto glass service. This is not a DIY job. Well I beg to differ! All you need is to go to a windshield dealer, buy the glass, the primer, and the glue. Remove the old windshield, prime the sill, then put a 3/8 bead of glue all the way around the inside of the glass (start and stop points should be at the bottom of the windshield) then set glass in place . shimm the glass up to the right height. Roll windows down before shutting the doors or you will blow the seal out.

You will need two 22-inch wiper blades for this car. It does not matter the brand. Expect to pay between about $5.00 and $20.00 each, depending on the brand. You may find it easiest to call your local Buick dealer for pricing.
