If you click a chart before you print the worksheet, you will print only the chart. If you want to print the entire worksheet (including the chart), click in a cell that does not contain a chart (an empty cell is the best).
In print preview click in the box in front of horizonal page alignment.
Click, "File", "Print Preview", "Pagebreak Preview". Then drag the blue lines to where ever you want them.
If you only want to print data from two columns out of your spreadsheet, you can use the Print Area option to choose which ones you want to print. Just select the data and then go to the File menu and click Print Area and Set Print Area. When you then go to print, it will only print what you have selected and not any other data that may be on the spreadsheet. Use Clear Print Area, to restore the printing option to normal.

It is a part of a document that has been selected in order to be printed. On a spreadsheet there may be a section of the sheet that a user wants to print, so they select it and make it the print area. When they go to print, just that section will be printed.
first click the print button then when the tab opens left click click print then the print menu will open click the print there too and your done
If you want to print just a part of a spreadsheet and not the whole lot of it, you can select the part you want to print and set the Print Area. It is a very useful feature if you only want to print an important part from what is a large spreadsheet, like some totals or some columns. When you have finished, you can use the setting to clear the print area which will set the setting back to normal and do a full print of the spreadsheet.
You can print with Google Chrome with just a click. Right click on the page and click on Print.
Click View and then Header and Footer. Choose the option to enter page numbers in the Header or Footer box.
