If that fails to work, install Anti-Spyware software such as ashampoo anti-spyware 2 or spyware doctor:search and destroy. If that fails to work, then i reccoment searching Malware on Google and downloading a Malware scanner. If all of this fails to work, take it to a shop. If they can't do anything, then ask them to farmat your hard drive and re-install windows.
