Deleting System 32 causes a System Restore to Initiate. Deleting Files from system 32 may stop primary operating functions, so if you have a virus, or things are malfunctioning, use a virus scanner like NOD32 aor AVG Anti-Virus. If that fails to work, install Anti-Spyware software such as ashampoo anti-spyware 2 or spyware doctor:search and destroy. If that fails to work, then i reccoment searching Malware on Google and downloading a Malware scanner. If all of this fails to work, take it to a shop. If they can't do anything, then ask them to farmat your hard drive and re-install windows.

If a system-scan from your antivirus doesn't help, try a scan with Spybot. If one of the scanners recognizes the 'bad guy', but isn't able to remove it, try a scan while your computer is in Save Mode.
