What you do in the Memory Banks:
1. Battle Bowser's memory, which takes the form of Mario and Luigi.
2. Complete the puzzle Bowser's memory gives you.
3. The puzzle has the code to opening the safe on it. I forgot who, but someone (probably Starlow) tells Bowser the combination and he opens the safe. The second Star Cure is inside.
4. While Bowser is looking in the safe, Sergeant Guy, Private Goomp, and the Paratroopa shove him in and lock it.
5. Go to Toadtown through the gold pipe in the Pipe Yard, and then go to Dr. Toadley's clinic.
It'll explain what to do from there.

By going to Bowser's Castle. You need to go over there and go in the basement. The rest unfolds, but eventually you will find a safe. Bowser can't remember the combination so Mario and Luigi go to his brain. There Bowser's brain considers the Brothers as a threat and sends pixelated versions of them. You need to fight them. Then you need to put together a puzzle. After the puzzle is completed Bowser will remember the combination. But the only ones that haven't gone on Fawful's control betray you and lock you in the safe and little monty moles in a train run you over. Then another giant battle takes place.
