To be honest, there is really nothing specific to do. The Battle Frontier can be challenged in order to earn BP (Battle Points), which can be exchanged for useful items such as Carbos, Macho Brace and Revives. Other things to do would be to try and complete the National Pokedex, which involves trading and/or visiting Pal Park. You may also want to spend time training your team or competing in battle tournaments. Unfortunately, with Generation V being introduced, there will be very few or possibly no more tournaments in Platinum. I recommend trying out Black & White. It really is very fun!
