You have to chase Manny from Greg's house to access the school and Leisure Towers to its right. When in Greg's house, look in the address book to see Grandpa's address (Apt 33-C). After you chase Manny right from Rowley's house to the school, he escapes while you recover the game guide from Greg's locker. Go right and climb up the outside of the Tower to reach Grandpa's room. When eating lunch, click as fast as you can to keep the salad down. You can leave by using the elevator, and after that you will have access to the Bingo game in the lobby of the Towers. When climbing the building, you can avoid all dropped objects just by staying as far as possible to the right (apts C windows).
