You take THREE photos at Loch Ness. The first time you visit the Loch, you get a camera and win a rowboat ticket at the Pub. Take the photo of the "loops" back to Mews.
On your second trip, get the submarine ticket and get the photo from the bottom of the loch. Take it back to the pub, and play another game of darts against the original player. When you get the Pennywhistle, you can take the rowboat out again (alone) to get a closeup of Nessie.
