Climb to the monastery at the top of the mountain, where you will meet the head monk and get a photo of a possible Yeti footprint (you need the camera from Loch Ness).
Go up to the left and you will meet a Sherpa guide. Climb the mountain using the ropes (as you reach each ring, tie off the rope and wait for the guide). At the monastery, the monk will not give you the Yeti scalp, but does give you a lamp "to light your way." Climb above the monastery and beat a monk in a Yeti Hunter game. At the top of the path is a footprint you can photograph. Climb down and go across the bridge at the right side to get back to the helicopter. Mews will tell you that the photo is not evidence, but you have nothing else to get from the Himalayas.
In the monastery.

There are matches in the Pub at Loch Ness. Go right from the loch and they are on the bar in the Pub. You will need them for the lantern you get in the Himalayas.
You need the lantern from the Himalayas, and the matches from Loch Ness, so that you can travel in the dark forest at New Jersey.
Go back to the Himalayas, and now you can climb a rope at the right side (above the helicopter), and go back to the monastery for the lantern.
