I guess that you mean there is water in the crankcase ? The usual cause for this is the head gasket. You need to first drain all the coolant from the cooling system and oil from the oil pan. To inspect the head gasket the head has to be removed, which I recomend a competent mechanic do all this. That is the right way to fix it. An easy way to try (which doesen't always work) is to drain the coolant and oil and try some of that head gasket sealer. Just follow the directions on the can. Good Luck!!!
