Well, it is very hard to CONTROL cramps. But you can prevent them. Try rubbing your hands everyday at least twice a day, if not more. If you can, ask you doctor or orthopedist to prescribe you some medication. However, if you are Jehovah Witness, you will not go for that, but that is probably the best route. You can try a medicated patch or lotion, like Icy Hot, but a prescription drug is probably better.
