If it is a Honey Bee, simply move away, and do not harm the bee. Do not kill Honey Bees. They provide pollination for our crops and without them the population of the world would starve to death. Honey Bees are not aggressive when away from the hive and unless you step on the bee or otherwise harm it, there is no danger of it stinging you. Hornets and wasps on the other hand are unpredictable and can become aggressive at any time. Move away from any wasp or hornet. If it becomes aggressive then kill it or flee. Move 150 yards away as it will not follow that far.
grab a lighter and hair spray and chase the bee down and kill its whole family
A bee will only sting if it feels threatened. So, if a bee comes near you, don't try to swat it away with your hands -- that's threatening!Just keep still or move slowly. It will quickly lose interest in you and fly away.

I turn my face in another direction and start walking slowly away. If the bee comes around I turn away each time. If the bee gets in my face, its usually just a carpenter bee, which likes to act aggressive when you're near its territory, but doesn't sting. You're right not to ever swat at them. That is just about the stupidest thing to do IMHO.

All bees have stingers. They use it to protect themselves when they feel threatened but unfortunately they die after they sting someone. That is why you should just ignore a bee when it comes near you. Hope i helped
Yes.
Bees will only sting if they feel threatened. If you keep calm when a bee comes near you are far less likely to be stung. If you keep still when a bee lands on you it will normally just fly away again. If you try to make the bee go away by swatting at it you may well provoke a stinging attack because the bee will see that as threatening. The only other time a bee may sting is if it gets caught in clothing or in your hair. Then it may sting out of panic when it can't get away.
Sugar Sugar and Here Comes the Sun
It comes from the Greek name meaning "honey bee".
A female bee (queen or worker) has sixteen pairs of chromosomes, 32 in all. A male bee (drone) comes from an unfertilized egg, so only has sixteen chromosomes.
If it is just a single bee then show a match stick near to it
