I know this sounds cheesy,but you need to tell the bully to stop and if they don,t stop tell a trusted adult and let them handle the situation. However if the adult does not do anything you might want to talk to your parents about transfering schools. It sounds crazy but it really works.

If he doesn't stop being rude to you then stand your ground and tell him he's making a fool of himself by being rude to you and you're not putting up with it. Be sure you have at least one or two friends close by when you talk to him.
